Vera Naa Adukwei Addo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Venice Construction Ghana Limited. Guided by the supervision of the Board of Directors and a highly selective pool of industry experts and mentors, Vera oversees the overall strategy of Venice Construction, working toward sustainable growth and long-term success of the company.

She is committed to ensuring world-class practices across all operations by adhering strictly to industry regulations, particularly in the areas of safety, quality, and compliance.

Vera brings over 16 years of professional experience across sales and marketing, with eight years in the banking sector and eight years in the insurance, fire safety, and construction sectors. This diverse background has played a significant role in shaping her leadership approach and strategic decision-making as Chief Executive Officer.

She studied at Jayee University College and continues to drive Venice Construction with a strong focus on professionalism, innovation, and client satisfaction.
