Archibald Addo
Prior to joining Venice Construction, from Stockley Group UK where he worked as an Administration Manager, Archibald built a diverse career across banking, customer service, and operations in London, UK. From 2019 to 2024, he worked with Access Bank, progressing to Officer level and gaining solid experience in retail banking operations, compliance, risk awareness, and customer relationship management. He later served as Customer Service Team Leader with Paddy Power UK, London, where he led frontline teams, enhanced service delivery, and supported performance and training initiatives.
At Stockley Group UK, London, Archibald played a key role in administrative and operational management, including involvement in the Enfield, London site expansion project, supporting coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
He is a Chartered Banker and holds a BSc. in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, as well as a Certificate of Merit from the Access Bank Training School, Nigeria. He is known for strong leadership, organisation, and a results-driven, customer-focused approach.
