Before joining Venice, Mark worked with Infrastructure System Limited, Engineering & Logistical Service Limited (ELS) as a Contracts Manager on various project including Phase Il of Takoradi port expansion project and early works for Takoradi Oil Refinery Project for Takoradi Oil Refinery Company Limited (TORCL), also provided project management services for the Construction of GE Facility and Workshop for GE at Takoradi Port.</p><p>In 2013-2015 he joined African Minerals Limited, Sierra Leone as Senior Contracts Administrator assigned to the Procurement and Contract Department on the Tonkolilli & Pepel Iron Ore Project. In 2011, he joined Flour Mongolia, a Global Engineering and Construction Company providing EPC Services as a Contract Administrator on the Rio Tinto/Ivanhoe Mines Project, Oyo Tolgoi in Mongolia.</p><p>In 2005-2011, he worked with Lycopodium Minerals Pty (Ghana) Limited on various gold mine capital projects including Nzema Gold Mine project, Chirano Ghana Gold Mine Expansion Project, Ahafo Gold Mine Project and Amoma Pit, Waste Dump and Haul Road at Ahafo Newmont Mine. He held different roles and positions as Quantity Surveyor, Contract & Cost Engineer, Scheduler and Contract Administrator with Lycopodium. Mark's career started with a role as Site Engineer and Quantity Surveyor for ACP Estates and Building Industry Consultants respectively. Mark has a strong Commercial & Contract background and holds a BSc. From 2019 to 2024, he worked with Access Bank, progressing to Officer level and gaining solid experience in retail banking operations, compliance, risk awareness, and customer relationship management. He later served as Customer Service Team Leader with Paddy Power UK, London, where he led frontline teams, enhanced service delivery, and supported performance and training initiatives. At Stockley Group UK, London, Archibald played a key role in administrative and operational management, including involvement in the Enfield, London site expansion project, supporting coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. He is a Chartered Banker and holds a BSc. in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, as well as a Certificate of Merit from the Access Bank Training School, Nigeria. Emmanuel holds a certificate in Construction Technician Course part 1&2 from Accra technical university, holds Higher National Diploma in Building technology from Accra Technical university and has a Diploma in competency-based training (CBT) in Construction at Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development. In 2019, he graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with BSc. in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics. He is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship while fostering strong relationships with clients. His hands-on approach ensures that each project is meticulously planned and executed, resulting in homes and buildings that reflect both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Emmanuel started working as building Technician at Biogas Expert Engineering Ltd at Tesano, responsible for supervising workers and managing resources. He later joined SYB Construction Consult Limited in which he held a role as site supervisor. Under Emmanuel’s leadership as Technical Director at MJ Engineers & More Limited, he completed numerous projects, which highlighted the company's dedication to innovative and sustainable building practices.
